These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of southjerseybaseball.com (the "Site"), operated by South Jersey Baseball ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is a directory and registration platform for youth baseball tournaments, tryouts, camps, teams, and facilities in South Jersey. You may browse listings, create an account, and register for events. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when creating an account or registering for an event.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Tournaments, tryouts, camps, and other events listed on the Site are organized by independent organizations, teams, or facility operators, not by South Jersey Baseball, unless otherwise stated. When you register for an event or make a payment through the Site, you are entering into an agreement with the organizer of that event, and their specific rules, refund, and cancellation policies apply in addition to these Terms. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.
South Jersey Baseball aggregates and displays information about events, teams, facilities, and sponsors submitted by third parties or gathered from publicly available sources. We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any organizer, team, facility, or sponsor.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or misleading information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, scraping or harvesting data without permission, or using the Site to harass or harm others.
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by South Jersey Baseball or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listed event will occur as scheduled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Jersey Baseball will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any event listed on the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
